Seems effective
Given it all 5 stars simply because I've been using it for years and it seems to work. How do you mesura the efficacy of a product like this that doesn't promise to deliver more/bigger muscle? All I know is that I feel healthier and overall physically fit for using it in conjunction with creatine.

It's kinda like a 2-in-1
I really like this product because I want a preworkout but I also want to take BCAAs. I usually like to take my BCAAs before the gym and this conveniently has a small and perfect amount of caffeine (100 mg) for me. I don't like overloading myself with a lot of caffeine like most preworkouts have, so this small amount is perfect for me. I like having a caffeine limit so I can take these BCAAs and still fit in a small coffee into my day. I use this before weight training and before a morning jog with my dog to get a kick of energy. No jitters since it's such a small amount of caffeine but it does the trick to wake you up.

Color change
Hello, the last time I purchased this, in April there was no color dye like I was used to. Typically it was blue, and when I ordered it was a clear. I called BPI and they told me they changed the color due to different reasons. So, yesterday I reordered and noticed it’s back to blue. Have they gone back to the original color?

Initial Review...
I just received my BCAA in the mail, and right off the bat... not happy! I know they tell you in bold, it’s 25 servings. But that’s hard to believe when the container literally came half full!! Did anyone else have this issue? I just feel like I got ripped off! It’s like when you bye a large bag of chips, but literally half of the bag is all air! I know I’m saving by buying this off Amazon, because on the actual website it’s $27. It’s just irritating... ohh well. I still have yet to try the product, I’m sure it’s great based off all positive reviews! It’s just opening the container for the first time, I’m a little disappointed. I plan on making another review once I actually try it! So hopefully I’ll like it!

No blue color - slightly different taste
They changed something in the product to get rid of the blue coloring and the flavor has changed slightly as a result. Still great, but different
