Bought for arthritis in knee. Really helps and I now use it if I’ve a stiff back from gardening/exercise class. It really helped an Achilles injury . So many people have some sort of back/joint issue and I have got them to try this and it’s helped and they have now bought one. I did all the research before buying this to get the right product and not waste my money and this was definitely the right one to buy. Worth the expense in osteopath fee savings alone!!

Got the product just before going in a weeks vacation.Started using it twice a day, after 5 days the LEDS started to flicker, at times went of all together really disappointing.

I ordered this for back pain. It seems sturdy & well made. I like the way the red light & the NRI can be used individually or combined. I'm very hopeful that it will help my back.

Firstly, the item was delivered on time and as described. The device is solidly built and looks good quality. The device is easy to use with simple on off buttons and a simple timer set up. I bought this to try to alleviate rosacea symptoms. I have only been using it for just over a week now so I think it is too early to see any positive results yet. I will post again in a few months and let you know.

Was sceptical but am glad to say this really does what it says.

The top row of infrared lights do not even switch on and the NIR function just doesn't work at all so if anything it's just caused me pain because I have to go through the Hassel and return it

It is quite heavy but is completely portable, there's a handle to carry it with and it has an adjustable standThis lamp can be used by the whole family and apart from not having the instruction booklet it is easy to use and has so many health benefits, so I'm happy to recommend
