I love this book! Everything turns out exactly as expected and everything is fabulous. It's a great book for a grain free diet and for anybody who appreciates good food!

its a cookery book
just received this book and I'm not impressed is it a cookery book with about 6 fermentation recipes in it. Full marks for packaging and delivery times but otherwise disappointing.

Back to the basics
This book not only has a lot of good recipes but is very informative. I appreciate the fact that Hayley provides an overall background in the introduction. In Chapter 1 she gives you the why of fermented foods in an explanation that is easy to understand. The beautiful photos with the clear step by step instructions give you the confidence that you too can have this healthful appetizing dish on your table. By utilizing the recipes in this cookbook I feel that I can eliminate over the counter probiotics and use real foods to do the same thing. I look forward to Hayley's next cookbook as each one is better than the last.

Excellent book! The easiest way to make a variety of delicious fermented foods every day
This book has ten easy fermented food recipes. Each fermented food has a section of recipes that easily incorporate the fermented food into a variety of other food recipes, making it a no-brainer to provide fermented foods for your family at every meal. I make something from this book every week and since fermented foods last for more than a week in the fridge, we have plenty of delicious fermented foods to choose from.

So glad this book exists!
This book has great recipes with an excellent variety. I've found them to be simpler than other recipes I've tried with fermented foods. The ketchup and kombucha recipes are genius. Our favorite is the chicken with almond butter sauce. We also love the sesame soba bowl. Due to the difficulty of previous cookbooks, we struggled making one meal a week with fermented foods. Now we' ve been sneaking those suckers in 3 times a week! Can't wait to try more.
