Delivered but damaged
One eye shadow was crumbled every where. There’s a layer of the colour over all the others, had to clean the case as best I could. Not sure if happened in transit but it was a mess & now I’m missing one of the eye shadows! Not happy!

Lovely colours and quality, but arrived broken
It arrived sealed but some of the colours had smashed and made a mess of the rest of the palette. I've had this set before and it is good quality and worth the money, but not if it arrives all broken. I got a refund for mine as I wasn't going to open it given what a mess the broken eye shadows had made. A real waste.

Pity that arrived damaged
Maybe I was naive in thinking that the product would arrive in perfect status. Unfortunately, two out 12 wells were broken, with the powder all around. The palette was properly sealed. Maybe my mistake to assume that would have been managed with care. It is not refundable or replaceable. I learned my lesson
