My pediatrician recommended this for my 4.5 year old son (1 capsule per day). I have only given it to him twice now with breakfast (i open the capsule and drop the powder on his tongue, which he then swallows with a cup of water). I do believe I am noticing a difference already. He seems alot more cooperative, sat still and communicated very well during his speech therapy last night (he normally needs repeated movement breaks, but yeserday, he was ending his own breaks early to come back to listen!), and is more focused. This morning, he got himself dressed, was in a super good mood, came downstairs, ate breakfast without jumping from his chair every 5 seconds...and this is just in one day. It could be in my head, but I will continue giving this to him anyway! Couldn't hurt.
