I guess this is pretty normal for a crafter. . . I needed to buy materials to make a coat for my cousin's child, who has to have very specific materials due to skin allergies. . . I thought about getting cotton filler, since she's allergic to polyester, but the care instructions were more complicated than I'm sure her mother wants to deal with, so I decided that, as long as the polyester wasn't touching her skin, it should be okay. I found, to my horror, that batting is NOT cheap, and may have gone up since the last time I purchased it, so I shopped around, and, per yard, this seemed to be the best deal. It certainly was. . . I am now struggling to fit it in my craft room! But the coat turned out well, and she seems to like it.

This is the good stuff that is what you would expect for filling pillows. I'm very pleased that my couch pillows are much firmer now.

I use this dacron by the yard to help “plump” the forms of the used furniture for which I make slipcovers. I have found that, if the arm of a sofa or chair is too flattened, this dacron filler works to fill the form I wish for.

Did not like that it was thick, thin, thick, thin, was not consistent thickness over the whole piece.Awful quality.Was not 36 in wide, it was only 35in wide.

Dacron was packaged great. Dacron was clean and ready for use. Only drawback was slow delivery.
