The background will be the color of your surface where you are trying to apply your decal. We use Oracal high quality vinyl which is the top of the line vinyl compared to any other vinyls. The Decal Will stick to any hard, smooth surface and is suitable for wet locations (Boat, Car, Car window, Laptop, Instrument Cases, Snowboard Decks, School Lockers, Mirrors etc.) An application tape overlay allows for precise and easy placement. Clean the surface where you are thinking to apply with Windex or similar cleaner. 2. Let the surface dry 3. Peel the paper backing and make sure decal sticks to the transfer tape. 4. Place the decal on the surface and smooth it with Squeegee, Credit Card or similar surface 5. Peel the transfer tape, making sure the decal sticks to the surface. 6. And thats it!!
