Very colorful small eggs. A few cracked prior to placing in water. Dinosaur in each egg was small but kids enjoyed the egg. It was a birthday activity for a boy turning 8. I’d suggest putting each hatchling egg inside a traditional Easter plastic egg to protect it if you’re going to hide them.

I got these to add to the party bags for the kids to play with and they were extremely fascinated with them. It took around 15 hours for them to fully hatch and begin to grow, but the kids loved every minute of watching them grow. Even after the 24-hour mark they were still growing larger in size.This is my first time ordering these types of toys and I really was impressed with them. I had no issues with them being messy, which was a concern for me. It’s quite a simple toy.They are not singularly wrapped, but instead all sit in an egg-like tray.The eggs are really cute and come in a variety of different colors.I like the cracked design, perfect for the “hatching” aspect of a dinosaur egg.I didn’t find them to be “fragile” as I read in other people’s reviews. My daughter dropped the box twice on cement and not a single egg cracked.My only complaint is that they have a strong chemical-like smell to them. I left them open to air out three weeks before the party and they still had a faint smell.Other than that, I was very happy with them.Great toy for the kiddos.

The product was excellent! Very limited directions so I guessed on amount of water. On the description it stated will hatch in 12-24 hours. However ours hatched out in less than 3 hours but the kids loved watching it for 2 days until they saw no more growth in the dinosaurs. This was great for my 3 to 5 year olds in my classroom!

Our son got some of these in his Easter basket. They were a huge hit! So we ordered some to pass out to his preschool classroom for Valentine’s Day. To my surprise, they were much smaller then the ones that were in his Easter basket. Slightly disappointed, but maybe I did not read the exact description.
