I use this posture corrector minimally, because you're not supposed to use them all the time. But when I need it, it does its job.It's comfortable on my body to wear and is a great helper when needed

Flaw
To me there is a flaw in the design of this posture corrector & others like it. I have to tighten it up pretty much to get the results I need. When you tighten it up, it rides up in the back. It needs some type of strap that comes around the waist to keep it from riding up.

It was too tight for my shoulders and not comfortable at all
I have other posture correction belt via shoulder and back but this one was too tight even loosen the belt. I felt very uncomfortable to use even less than 3mins of try. The design is good and very minimum materials but the tension of the belt was not comfortable to use for a long time as my experience. Maybe other people feel different. It is a good design but comfort level was not satisfying.

Poor fit
It is more for a woman or a small frame man. I have a 40" chest and this item is very difficult to put on and adjust.
