Great value
This motor rips. The first one I bought got super hot & burned up first run. Amazon replaced. This motor runs great. No problems with heat on either the motor or the esc on the car. Can’t beat this motor for the money.

faster, but a couple things....
I installed this as an upgrade for my Pinecone Models 1603 "Baron" drift truck. I couldn't afford to go brushless, so this was a good alternative. Yes, it is definitely faster, with some reduced run time though. Be aware that in order to fit the pinion, you need to grind the motor shaft to accept the "D" shaped pinion and to give the grub screw a flat spot. Motor only has a few runs on it, so can't speak about motor life.
