I wanted a sturdy plastic plate to serve dinner plus to be used for dessert too...so not too big and not to small. Wow, these were pretty expensive but I still bought them.

Great size for a full meal. This product was just as expected.

We have a pool in a sunny spot but surrounded by deep woods. I never knew horseflies are attracted to sunny water but we have an abundance of them. I've tried various traps and zappers but nothing seemed to work. Then I red about the sticky coated balls that people claimed worked. A little research seemed to indicate bluye was the best color. Instead of paying $29 for effectively a bouncy ball on a string I bought these plates and some "Tanglefoot Tangle-Trap Sticky Coating". I coated both sides of the plates and hung four of them around the pool. In two weeks they got probably 50 horseflies along with some mosquitoes and only two moths. I'm upping it to eight plates. The trick is to make sure the plates are in as much sun as possible.
