NairHair Remover Wax Ready-Strips 40 Count Face/Bikini (2 Pack)

No one wants to need to buy or use this product…but let’s face it! As we age we start growing hair where we don’t want it! This brand is my go-to for my upper lip. I use it exactly as directed. Yes, it’s uncomfortable for the one second it takes (ok, 2 since I have to do it twice!), but then it’s over for about 6 weeks. I admit I use the oil pads over and over to clean off any residue wax left on my face. I only have to buy this once or twice a year at the most…and it is definitely cheaper than getting waxed in a salon.

The smaller cut strips are perfect for my bikini waxing! I have been waxing my arms, inner things and Brazilian for years and I love the Nair strips for how just sticky enough they are and leave minimal residue. Make sure you pull the strips apart slowly, press firmly onto skin with a few passes, pull your skin in the opposite direction you’ll be pulling the strip and voila! I alternate between these and the Veet strips. I can’t decide which I like better. Wax strips have a bit of a learning curve so give it a few tries (and maybe check out a few tutorials) before you decide diy waxing isn’t for you. It’s worth the time and effort because you’ll be saving yourself HUNDREDS of dollars in salon fees. Remember: if it hurts too much or if the hair isn’t coming out, you can always cut the strip down to a smaller size** good luck and happy waxing!!

I always get these strips to wax my upper lip and eyebrows they do a pretty good job. I like to take the larger strips and cut them up into smaller strips These are pretty easy to use and have wipes to remove the residue in them.

This stuff is worthless. I let the hair grow out as suggested I follow the directions completely. I did not remove any hair, but it did leave residue all over my skin that I had to scrub off with olive oil! Do not waste your money.

It seems hit or miss whether or not the strips work. The sad irony is that if you have hair thick enough to warrant removal in the first place, these strips won't work very well. At best, the strip does most of the work and I have to finish it off with tweezing. When you use the wipes after, it "heals" very quickly which is a big plus. But the number of wipes is incredibly low compared to how many strips there are! And the residue is very difficult to remove without them!After a couple of failed attempts I think I'm going to go back to using the Nair cream for my upper lip.

I've been getting my face waxed by my beautician for many years. But due to the pandemic I am unable to see her for many months so I was plucking myself ... OUCH! ... a useless, slow, painful endeavor. I became aware of the Nair Wax Strips and decided to try them even though online videos made it look like self-waxing would be painful and complicated. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy it was the very first time I tried it. I love the Nair hair removal product and will keep using it. I'm a fan!!!

First of all make sure that you want the Nair face/bikini strips if you are buying these because they are tiny. I didn't realize the Nair body ones are a different product. The Nair body ones are way bigger and those are the ones I normally buy at my local drugstore (but they were out so I ordered here). That alone though would not warrant a bad review because it was also my mistake that I didn't research the correct product more accurately. The reason for 2 stars is that these strips were didn't peal apart correctly, so not only were they smaller than what I wanted, but they didn't work. I have been buying Nair ready-strips at the drugstore for 3 years, and I know how to use them correctly. Normally two strips pull apart so that there are 2 sticky sides you can use. When I pulled these apart, the wax would not split correctly so that all of it might be on one or part of it would get messed up (it's hard to explain). Basically the outcome though was that they were not sticky!! I don't know if these were old or had been damaged by heat or what the problem was, but I know that I've never had this problem with Nair when I buy it at the store. Very disappointed!
