The media could not be loaded.  This is genuine flawless trimmer with charger. It comes with usb cable and is very fast. Please tilt it a bit to remove very small hair. In past I have tried 4 eyebrow trimmers but they were not rechargeable and were defective or not good enough, since I needed it desperately thought to give it a try and I am glad to have it. I will update after a month's use.Update:After a month also it's in good condition.To keep trimmer in good condition always remember not to overcharge it, 1 hour is enough to prevent it from getting overcharged.Make sure to charge it in a week's time if you are not using it and charging it.All your unwanted hair will not be removed but most of them will be removed, please use plucker in the end for perfect look. I love it!!

Product is good. But packing is wrost

The media could not be loaded.  I order this item . But when I received this product we decided return this item because it's not working well . Please solve this issue.

The cutting surface doesn't align/sit perfectly inside the head. Furthermore, the cutting surface doesn't attach to the shaft of the motor. So the cutting surface doesn't rotate and the gadget doesn't work as intended. Item is non-returnable. Extremely disappointed. The seller also included a handwritten note saying, "Thank you for purchasing this product. Kindly review the product and give your feedback. Thank you for your support" After reading that, one might think that they are extremely proud of their product and it should work flawlessly. Well, here is the product review and feedback buddy! A total waste of money and my mother is extremely disappointed after having such high hopes elicited by that handwritten note. Had it been possible to give 0 stars, I would have definitely done that. Thank you. Don't buy this product. If you are the seller, please consider giving back a refund or even an exchange at this point with a piece that actually works and I would be happy to delete this review. You're welcome.

In the beginning some may find difficult to use this. But with time and multiple times use its very useful.

The product is outstanding. It's a bit complicated to use of using for the first time. Else the product is good. The motor gets damaged very soon. I am not at all happy with this product.😠😠
