I’ve had years of chronic, bone-deep, serious gnawing pain from a degenerated disc in my upper spine. I’m now 50, so I have many years of increasing pain ahead of me. I’ve tried chiropractors, deep upper body stretching using gravity, professional deep tissue massage, prescription muscle relaxers and fibromyalgia medication with little to no relief. The only time I’ve ever had real and total relief was taking prescription opioids which we all know is not a long term solution.Enter these patches. I had absolutely no expectations and truly this was more of an experiment to see if there would be any effect at all. I took the adhesive off a small patch, placed it directly over the degenerated disc, and lay down in my bed trying to relax.It was amazing. Seriously, the relief started within 10 minutes and gradually increased. My skin felt pleasantly warm and I couldn’t believe the pain was ebbing. I haven’t felt the pain decrease that much in years. I fell asleep and slept like a baby.I woke up in zero pain, I’m not even kidding. I nearly cried with the relief of actually being able to feel what it’s like to just be in my body without having to tense up against constant gnawing pain. I was a little scared that it wouldn’t last, but I was so excited to feel so good again. I went through my day, showering with the patch on, worked at my desk job and grocery shopped and cooked dinner. The patch didn’t move and I had no pain! Next day, worked out at the gym, visited friends and went out to dinner. No pain! I didn’t have to change the patch until 48 hours after I put the first one on, when the pain started to break through a little again. Within 10 minutes of putting on the new patch, relief again. It’s been a couple weeks and this has been my routine, and it’s continuing to work. Sometimes I can go three days before I need a new patch, even if I take the patch off after day two.I don’t know why these work. I just know they work on me and my long term chronic pain, extremely well. I’m so grateful and I hope they continue to work.

These help with pain, I feel calm in the area where I place the patches. They are small and thin so easy to put in your bag.

They are very effective for pain relief but the quality has gone down sharply very recently. Within the last year they changed the adhesive formula on the larger patches. Now if you wear them more than 12 hours, when you peel it off you get this sticky nasty residue that you have to literally pick off your skin and tears all the hair out with it, it's not just a little bit stuck on there it's like really really hard to roll up and get off your skin. They never used to do that. This company is run either by foreigners who don't understand English or people who have no care for customer service because they don't answer emails when you send them from their website, and I can't get any kind of phone support either. I sent them a detailed email about this problem and my dissatisfaction with the change in their product and they have completely ignored every email I've sent. Personally, as much as I need this product, I think this company should go out of business for doing bad business and ruining a good product. I would give zero stars if it were an option. It's unreal companies like this think that they can provide a product and give no support whatsoever for it. Also if you order from their website you get some convoluted nonsense about a membership, and they don't even ship your product in a timely manner. It's completely nonsensical.

This patch helps a bit in conjunction with medication. However, my use is for chronic pain which likely requires more relief aid than any patch or cream can manage alone. I did notice a boost in relief when using the patch alongside medication. They are a bit pricey, though, for a limited amount of relief.The patch itself is the most comfortable and well designed patch I've ever tried. I've been prescribed different medicated patches and gave tried some other over the counter options. These were impressive between their adhesion and flexibility. I even almost forgot that I was wearing one. The others either don't stick, are stiff and uncomfortable, or both. Others have become itchy too. Not these! These were nice. The only thing I can't comment is whether they last in a shower. I did not wear them while bathing.Overall, these are good to have as a supplement to medication with moderate to severe pain and/or chronic pain. For more acute injuries with a mild to moderate pain level, they may be enough to significantlt relieve pain. There's another version for sport and activity recovery. I can definitely see them working well for that purpose.

I ordered these to try because conventional pain relief was not working on my neck and shoulder. They are working better than I imagined! Within minutes of placing the patches, my pain diminished immediately! No weird smells and they stick very well. I'd love to see more than just 2 of the brown flexible patches because they work REALLY well in the areas on back of neck and shoulders that move alot. The white patches can wrinkle and the edges come up more frequently in those active areas of the body, the brown patches stay down. 24+ hours of relief from the nerve pain I constantly deal with daily is such a welcome thing. Pills, creams, and physical therapy haven't even done nearly as much as the Relief patches have. I even had my wife use one. At first, she didn't think it had worked, so I removed it. Her pain kicked back in and she begged for another! She has MS nerve pain so that is saying a ton! WE will be ordering MORE Relief patches soon!!!

The patches worked but can’t say how long they will last because the adhesive didn’t last more than 3 hours. 3 stars only because they worked while they stayed on. Very disappointed and won’t be buying again.
