Good product only issue my name or custom message didn't go in the card
The product was good but one issue I have is the card went blank. The receiver had no idea who this gift was from even though I had put a customized message for the card nothing went through. Other than that the product was good.

Extremely poor follow up on missing card
The basket should include a Gel Well card. It was missing in our delivery. We reported the issue. It has been two weeks. But, no response from the supplier. This is why I am forced to give one star rating. The incident happened in around 9th April 2021.
