The band is durable and easy to use if you're just starting out on your workout journey or want to use the lightweight for warm up. The smaller muscle groups can be adequately trained from this, examples would include tricep extensions, bicep curls, lateral raises, front raises, one can even do forearm workouts like wrist flexor and extensor curling. Resistance bands are also useful for shoulder mobility training and thus 3-7 KG one proves to be quite useful since it's not that heavy for the rotator cuff muscles. Overall, this is a good investment if you're new and want to start training at home.
