There were a few 'hiccups' with delivery and missing items but nothing that Customer Service didn't have resolved immediately! In fact, I have to give Customer Service 5 stars! They were absolutely incredible. Now, as for the product ... if you are looking for absolute comfort DO NOT HESITATE to purchase this item! It is quite 'pricey' but well worth every penny - I can't stress this enough! I cannot tell you how many times I fell asleep in these chairs. I do want to note that if you do purchase this item, be prepared to also inherit (2) 4x4 wooden pallets that the delivery driver is kind enough to leave you. Also, there is some assembly required. I was able to assemble the table with no problem but for the chairs, I did have to have some help. Because of these few inconveniences, I would have only given this item 4 stars BUT the comfort of the chairs 'trumps all'!

I bought these to replace the carpenter bee-infested wooden set of patio furniture I inherited with this house. They are for the front porch. The set was delivered via commercial semi (18-wheeler), and the company contacted me 24hrs prior to make arrangements for drop-off. The driver called me an hour before he got to me. Everything went smoothly. The automans had zero assembly. The chairs needed some minor assembly, and unfortunately, the instructions were less than helpful. The chairs also seemed to have some machining inconsistencies, so that the reclining hooks don't sit flush with the bar they are supposed to rest on unless someone is sitting in them. It seems to purely be a cosmetic issue. The table is another story entirely. I easily spent the most time assembling this thing, and the end result is a piece that doesn't feel as sturdy as I would like. Not a deal-breaker, but definitely not as premium-feeling as the other components. Overall, I am happy with the entire set. The aluminum is light-weight but very secure feeling when you're sitting in the chairs. I was motivated to type this review after dozing off in the chair this afternoon. The cushions feel overstuffed at first, but after you break them in, PURE HEAVEN! The most conventient thing is the little screw-able feet at the bottom of the chairs and table. They let you adjust the balance of each piece so there's no wobble to anything. This is a great set at an awesome price, if you don't mind a little elbow grease and a couple of warts.

Buying this outdoor furniture set was the best decision I've made for years. Its everything I wanted in an adjustable patio chair. The comfort factor makes it easy to relax and to sleep.The shipping was great! Right to our front door. Packaging and assembly instructions were straightforward, and the parts fit very well. Cushions are sturdy, but comfy. Covering is resilient and attractive.Adding this set to our screened porch has made a world of difference to our enjoyment of the space. I give my highest rating to this furniture set without reservation.

Exactly as pictured. Some assembly on the table, but honestly unpacking took longer than total assembly/set up. Sturdy construction and good quality cushions. Have made it through a number of storms now - cushions dry quickly and furniture doesn't move in high winds.

I have the fire pit table and chaise lounge. This furniture is beautiful and comfortable.

They are really comfortable, although the stitching in one of the cushions came undone.
