That the planter came with a drainage hole.
Loved that it actually had a drainage hole. I looked at some planters and they didn't have one. I was very happy witb my choice.

Cute vases
I think it’s made of plastic. My main complaint is that it comes without a drainage hole. It does have a mark for where you are supposed to drill the one hole. I made several holes to improve drainage.

Perfection
The media could not be loaded. This looks just like cement even if you stand close! Idk how they did it but the definitely did it! This has 4 small drainage holes. You can add another hole yourself if you’d like. The inside is smooth and still has the same color within. It’s very thick and not flimsy at all; it keeps it’s shape. It’s not heavy but has a good weight. This is marble color. It’s perfect and realistic!!

Thick and sturdy but needs a drainage hole/plug
This pot is great...it has some nice texture so it, as well as some heft...my only complaint is when a pot is this dense, why doesn't the manufacturer put in drainage? If it is meant for inside decorative use why is it so thick? It must be good for interior as well as exterior use and that requires a hole. There is a mark in the center for me to "drill" a hole for drainage but why isn't it already there? I do buy pots for non-traditional uses, that do not require the hole, and there are various ways to work around that but when you need the drainage, the only thing to do is buy a drill? Nope...put in the hole, add a plug.

Perfect little pot
I was looking for a handsome pot to hold a small tropical Ivy-type plant that I hoped would climb up the railing of my deck. I had wanted one with an attached dish, that was a bit nicer than the standard faux terra cotta, and that could easily hold it's own indoors in terms of design/aesthetics. For size, I needed it to be wider than 5 but under 10 inches. These requirements did not lead to many options on amazon.Well, it did, but most of them were sets of two or three pots, or super fancy ceramics that seemed overpriced, and well, I just could not make that kinda of flora commitment at this point in my life. This little guy convinced me to forego the attached dish -- though it does have that self-watering action where the holes are set above the bottom of the pot. Which for a pot of this smaller size, won't really, I don't think, lead to any leaking. After three four sessions, I have not noticed any seeping from the bottom of the pot.In terms of looks, this pot along with its siblings with comparable designs ... is a winner. The resin is not cheap -- it's pretty solid, not bendy and Flexi like some, and is quite light without feeling like it'll blow over in a strong wind (once filled with soil of course -- mine is on a 2 foot pedestal for now). BUT, the major appeal is the pattern, this marbling effect is really well rendered ... in fact, my young daughter is still not convinced it's not actual concrete, or some other version of concrete that feels like plastic. I think the other pattern options would likely be just as striking. This overall company sometimes comes off a bit too pottery barn, which makes me want to look elsewhere for more functional pots, but in the end, if you're ok dropping a bit more dough, and the size works for you ... their stuff seems to be worth it in terms of look, design, visual impact.

Looks better than the picture
It's slightly bigger than I had anticipated, but I absolutely love the looks of this!!!!! It's going to be a pleasant items to see on my coffee table. Still deciding which plant to put in it so that I can fully enjoy it.

Bottom of pots are not flush with the hole.
The only thing I did not like about these pots was that the bottom of the pot has the hole raised so that it is not flush with the bottom. I saw that I could put small rocks on the sides inside the pot to raise it to the leve l of the hole. Potential root rot.Update: This company was outstanding in resolving this issue and ended up with a much nicer planter pot with the utmost professionalism.
