I want everyone to know that this is a very reputable company. I purchased one of their heating pads for my back and I only used it about half a dozen times and it quit working. It was past the warranty because I didn't use it too often, but once I started using it on a regular basis it quit working almost immediately. I wrote to the company and explained that if I had used it constantly like I normally used heating pads the problem would have shown up during the warranty period! They sent me a new controller since I felt like maybe that was the problem. That didn't work so they sent me a brand new heating pad. This one works great! I was so impressed that they listened to my concerns and gave me a new pad even though it wasn't under warranty. This company will listen to you and try to make things right. Not many companies will do this. I was extremely impressed and I wanted everyone else to know what a great company they are! Jane

I now own two of these heating pads. I first bought one for myself for neck, shoulder, and back pain, and it works wonderfully. The fabric is extremely soft, the cord is long enough, and I love that it fastens at the neck and around the waist, if you choose to use it that way. I’ve used smaller heating pads that I had to hold against myself or strategically place pillows so that my muscles actually get the heat, and that’s not necessary with this item. You can manage the temperature and duration with a very easy to use control that is attached to the cord, and it works fine for multiple cycles. It will turn off automatically once the time is reached.I bought the second heating pad to replace my first one when I let a family member with arthritis try it and didn’t get it back lol. Not that I would have taken it back, because it really helped alleviate leg pain, so I just bought another one. She lays it down the length of her legs like a warm blanket. We both give this product five stars.

My mother is 80 years old and always feels cold no matter what the temperature of the house is. I purchased this for her as a Mother's Day gift and she absolutely loves it. Every time she sits in her favorite chair she puts it on. She says even without turning the power on she feels warmth. I like the fact it has a timer so it doesn't continue warming even if she forgets to turn it off. she also loves the fact that the collar has a snap so it stays in place nicely! The option to tie it around your waist is another bonus feature.

It gets plenty warm, but a couple aggregations.1. You can set the timer for 90 minutes but it doesn’t stay on for 90 minutes.2. The controller makes a loud click. I use it in the night when sleeping and it is loud enough to wake up my husband.I could work through the timer issue but the loud clicks are too much.UPDATE:Changed to four stars for seller response. I’m not paid for anything. I bought the product on my own. I’m just a normal person and want others to see real feedback.After the review the seller contacted me with an offer to replace. I declined because I could have returned it sooner but I didn’t because the heat is good.I want to reiterate that the heating pad heats really well! The controller makes a loud click which is exacerbated by the quiet of night which is the only time I use it. The timing on mine isn’t quite right, but that isn’t a huge deal.Kudos for concerns about customer satisfaction to the seller!

This is a great heating pad. It only has one problem. The snap that’s up at the neck is really hard to get snapped. It does wrap around your shoulders and your neck. It does come down past your lower back. I don’t see the use for the ties, but maybe someone does. It’s not like you’re gonna get up and walk around with a heating pad on. Unless you’re gonna drag the cord everywhere. But I like the heating pad really well. You can set it to different temperatures depending on what clothes you’re wearing. It has a timer on it that can be turned to 30, 60, or 90 minutes. Then it just shuts off. It’s very soft. I think it’s a great design and I think it’s worth your money.

UPDATED REVIEW:Previously my heating pad stopped working. Before that I loved it and had no complaints. The company was fantastic and worked with me to get a new one. Their customer service is FANTASTIC and I highly recommend themThank you for my new heating pad!But seriously, this thing is great.It has different heat settings so you can pick which is best for you and it fits perfect over your shoulders with just enough weight that’s comfortable and it doesn’t slide off.I have horrible back and shoulder pain. I live with this thing.

Excellent heat source! Time limits that make sense and chiropractor grade heat. I have had back pain since 2010 and this is the best product for in home care I have ever used. Half hour, one hour, and hour and a half is much better than the 15 or 20 minutes in other products. The temperature also has a good range going from 100 to 150 in increments of 10. It would be nice to have the freedom to set the temperature exactly and save the favorites (never seen that feature).

My wife likes heating pads. She’s had a few over the years. This one is her favorite by far. We had a small issue after it was 6 months old and the company was fast to respond and easy to deal with. Sorted the issue very quickly. Great product from a great company. Would absolutely recommend!!!
