A Guidebook
During this pandemic more or less everyone is facing many psychological and physical complications, be it obesity or anxiety. In the book Lockdown Health; Dr. Prashant. P. Shetty has thoroughly described the topic 'health is wealth'. If you are not health conscious or don't do regular exercise to keep your body fit and keep your mind away from negative thoughts, then give this a read. Though the book doesn't add any literary value as it's a complete guidebook on the detailed and holistic approach on what to do and how to do it through the mediums of Yoga, Meditation, and Excercise. Open the book from any page and learn it thoroughly and start working on the said thing. If you are looking for a book with literary essence then this is not for that purpose. Happy Reading.

Book that shapes the mind to be beautiful
My heartiest gratitude to Dr Prashant P Shetty sir for providing his wisdom and perception & making us realise that, the potential to transform unhealthy times to most competent ones ,lies with us and our habits. His words aren't limited to the present times ,but instead provides us path to be productive and efficient as long as one breathes. Beautiful book and a MUST HAVE💯
Its a beautiful book. I would highly recommend y'all to read this book. Dr. Prashant P. Shetty Sir has amazingly explained the importance and relation between Meditation, Yoga, Exercises including dance/swimming/cycling/etcto our Body with illustrations. The book has a power to form your positive and healthy life and also describe ways to loose weight in a healthy manner. Worth buying!

As it well said HEALTH IS WEALTH. All thanks to Dr Prashant Shetty Sir to convey these words into a book. In situation of COVID one should be calm n compose and this book has taught to be the same. To give us the control on our mental n physical health.I recommend to read this book for must.
