This is a lovely chain and good value for money.

I bought this chain to replace a good plated chain which 1 went black within 3 days of wearing it and 2 turned my neck green! I really liked the prevent though and that appeared to be unchanged, so my journey to find a chain which which would go through the bezel began. Trouble with looking for replacement chains are the ends where you secure it. These can be too big to go through bezels. I had to look for a fairly thin chain but strong enough to hold this light pendent. This chain seemed to be perfect. It comes in different lengths and thicknesses. The 0.5mm to me may be too fine, so I went for the next one 0.75mm in a 18" length. It is a fine chain. It gives little hints of glints of gold which doesn't detract at all from the pendent. The prevent being gold plated is slightly darker in colour but yet doesn't detract from the 9ct gold chain. In fact they both compliment each other. The chain slipped through the bezel of the pendent easily. I can also use this chain for another pendent whose chain broke a long time ago. I wouldn't get this for a heavy pendent but light ones are fine. Also if you want the chain to be the focus then I would go for a thicker one such as a prince of Wales type or a rope. For my purposes I found the ideal chain and wouldn't hesitate to get another.

Far too fine and fastener was absolutely minute. Almost impossible to hold and fasten. Great disappointment.

Very pretty and shiny but as it is so fine I don't feel it will be strong enough to take anything on it so unfortunately not fit for what I wanted it for.
