It's extremely stretchy, and fits really well. I wear a like 24(w?) In (us) jeans, and it fits no problem. It's stiff, and won't give much poof, but still better than what I had. It's also pretty long

Worked for what I needed! Perfect tea-length. Not tight. I really LOVE the lined bottom. It took a couple days out of the package to get it to to it's fluffiest....but it worked well. VERY pleased.PS..I'm 275, size 22/24

We bought this specfically because it looked fuller than the other crinolines we could find. It is not as full as the photo represents but it is still a good, well made crinoline.

The lining was a bit snug for the 3x/4x but overall, happy to have a petty coat when I need it!
