Can't speak for any mpg or any type of performance gains because I just put it in, however I'm pleased with the build quality compared to the filter it replaced. Felt durable and fit perfect in my 2015 2.7l f150! I'll attach a few photos, the old oem paper filter had about 11,500 miles on it. Glad I can save money by cleaning and reusing this filter rather than spending money on a new one every time it needs to be replaced. Also I had no issues at start up with this new filter! I'll update my review if I see any performance or mpg increases also.Edit:I think this filter is awesome and after a 120 mile drive I averaged better fuel economy of over one mpg. Normally I get 21.5 traveling 70-75 miles per hour. This time I got 22.7 and I was going 75-80 miles per hour on this trip(I was in a hurry). Now I don't know if this is just because the filter is new, or simply this design is better than the filter it replaced. However I'm happy that I'm free to clean this filter whenever I think it needs to be cleaned.Not only that, it will save plenty of money over the long run by not having to buy replacements. All in all I'm very glad I made this purchase. Whether it gets you better fuel economy or not this filter will still save you money.

Easy to install and is about a 3rd more expensive than a paper filter.. the difference is this one will last the life of the truck. Just wash it out every 15,000kms and reinstall.
