Works great!!
I decided to try this brand for a gluten free flour. I made German Pancakes with them (1:1 ration) and they were AMAZING!!! couldn't even tell a difference! So happy I found this product! I previously used Almond flour in banana bread for a gluten free option. And I did NOT like it 😵 . So I'm very happy I have this to use and keep baking with this great gluten free 1:1 ration flour option!

Perfect substitute for all-purpose flour. It tastes the same as wheat flour

Great flour for making gluten free breads, etc.
I like the size of the bags, so I didn’t need to restore right away, or at all if I choose.

Works OK, but texture isn't the same
I don't understand the five star reviews, while your baked goods come out OK, the texture of the baked goods isn't the same, people noticed it. I'll stick to regular flour for baking, anyone who wants gluten free baked goods, I'll bake something that doesn't have flour, like macarons or the like.
