Horrible built. Smells chemicals on first(and last) use, overheated and cracked the ceramic after 1 minute of use.

This burner is perfect. It is what I have been looking for a while, it gets very hot. I was looking for a burner that gets hot enough to burn wood incense, and it is the one. If you are looking for a warm one only , dont get it then.

it looks nice but breaks really fast. Wont recommend it.

It's very beautiful and much larger than I thought it would be, however it gets VERY hot,very quickly. I recommend some kind of heat safe substrate in the bowl because otherwise it will basically incinerate your incense rapidly and then it smells burnt and adheres tightly to the surface. I added incense sand and that has made it a lot more pleasant. It works well this way.

This burner was gifted to my aunt whom loves incense! Right away the burner was easy to set up with just a plug and go. Scented oil and cones were used to fill the room with an exquisite aroma!

This product will burn the incence / Bahkoor, it does not regulate the temperature well and its over kill for any type of bakhoor.With the excessive amount of heat generated, it broke the ceramic.I will try getting a refund for this item, because its not working as it shold and its dangerous to operate unintended since its just burning up and catching up on fire.Highly NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT - This is a dangerous product to use.
