This company have been absolutely brilliant!The Mt we have received is great quality.There was an error on the 1st mat that was delivered and they very quickly replied to me and sent out a new mat in less than 1week! I think this is wonderful customer service. Thank you

Disappointed
Fabulous looking item on arrival but after several days of being down shedding a LOT of the fibres which is dulling the writing on the mat :( I also instructed people to not wipe their feet on it from new as it was purely decorative so I am disappointed it is shedding so much just being stepped on and not wiping feet on it as seemed liked a fabulous idea!

Good quality
Lovely branded door mat for my salon. Get lots of compliments from my clients. The only downside is that they do suggest not letting it get to wet which a bit difficult for an outside door mat but the price was reasonable enough to replace in the future.
