Nice & Delightful Read
U will enjoy reading this book. Though it has its own set of twists & turns but it will not steal away ur peace or keep you on the edge. You will simply go with the flow of the story & absorb the situations like it happening around. This is about Farida & Irshaad who were distant cousins & met during one of the vacations. While that vacation got ingrained in the innocent mind of both. Although fate was too cruel to Farida but she could not take Irshaad out of her memories. Years flown by but Farida’s heart was stuck for Irshaad. As it is rightly said “it is difficult to end the relationships which never begin.”Even Irshaad had feelings for Farida but then he succumbed to female charms around him & in a way moved on in his life with a future with Shagufta. You will have to read the story to find out how & when Irshaad realised that it was always Farida. You will see him struggling with his feelings & trying to dissipate them for a long time. But trust me your emotions will be with Farida..... it was she who suffered throughout. It was Priya’s support throughout & she helped her in picking her pieces to start again. I would suggest you to read the first book in this series “Twenty Nine going on Thirty” to relate the characters well. There is a bit of drama in the story but it will not disturb your peace while reading. The best part of Andaleeb’s writing is that it goes with a natural flow. You would not get transported to another world. You will feel it around u. Her writing is all about events which actually happens around in regular households & she weaves it beautifully.Overall again a reader’s delight from Andaleeb. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fun, fast, read for those who love drama!
I was looking for a palate cleanser of a book, something light and fluffy to sink my teeth into to chase the blues away. All Drama No Queen by Andaleeb Wajid was the perfect antidote. The summer Farida turned twelve was perhaps the most perfect of her life. She met Irshad, a distant cousin from her mother’s side and over several days, a deep friendship blossomed between the two. Things took a dark turn the following year when her parents died in a tragic accident, a mysterious woman named Reshma Phuppu, claiming to be a relative, took over her house. She even told Irshad’s parents Farida had died in the accident when they visited on hearing the tragic news.Nearly two decades later, almost nearing thirty, Farida has dated a few guys, but the flame she carried for Irshad since the summer of her twelfth year still burns brightly in her heart. After Ajey, her best friend Priya’s boyfriend, serendipitously finds Irshad, Farida is thrilled. It’s like the old days again, only this time, she is madly in love with him, and he has a fiancé. To complicate matters, Reshma Phuppu, who Farida fended off to gain control of her house, still lusts after her money and threatens her with dire consequences unless she coughs up thirty lakhs. All Drama No Queen is a quick, pacey read. What stood out for me the most was Farida’s voice. She is cheeky, witty and funny. Her obsession with Irshad, though painful to watch at times, feels very real. I mean, we've all been there at some point, right? Done stupid stuff out of 'love' for someone. What? No? Just me? Okay then.Yes, there is drama, too much of it, but it works because of how self-aware Farida is. There is a genuine camaraderie between the female characters, and the relationship between Priya and Farida is warm and full of love. I adore storylines with strong female friendships. The thriller-type climax gives the friends to lovers plot of this book a nice twist. The most interesting character for me was Farida’s mother. We get a glimpse of her in the beginning. I wish Wajid would have given us more scenes with her. I wanted more flashbacks, and when Farida discovers her diary, I wanted to read the entries. To be honest, at one point, I was more interested in her parent’s love story. But, hey, maybe that’s a subject for another book.

Full on entertainment!
Going by the title, there is definitely a lot of drama. This book is the sequel to the first book 'twenty nine going on thirty'. A moment I had finished reading the first book, I ordered this one. This story is narrated from the eyes of Farida.Farida's parents had passed away in an accident when she was 12. Reshma Phuppu then makes an entry into her life as an aunt. Farida never liked her aunt and after few years she runs away from home to live with her best friend Priya. With the help of Irshad, her distant cousin, Farida gets back her parents house and throws Reshma Puhuppu and her husband out.Farida had fallen in love Irshad in childhood and he never knew about it. When Irshad comes to Bangalore to help her get her house back, they find love blossoming between them... BUT Irshad is engaged to Shagufta now. There is a lot of twist and turn and drama in this book to keep you entertained.Reshma Puhuppu wasn't going to keep quiet and tried to take revenge...but how? What happens to Farida and Irshad?Farida finds her mom's diary, what was written in it?You got to read this book to find out what happened. 😀

Sweet and Simple read
All Drama, No Queen by Andaleeb Wajid, who is the author of Twenty-Nine Going On Thirty, comes yet another romance novel from the characters of the previous book.Farida is left alone as her parents died when she was twelve. Her house in Bangalore is a very huge and marvelous house. Her distant relative, Reshma Phuppu, eyes that house to be hers. She finds her solace and lives with her only friend Priya and her boyfriend Ajay. Ajay one day serendipitously finds Irshad. Irshad is engaged to Shagufta. Her comes a love triangle between the three and Irshad needs to choose one.In the mean time, Farida's life is all drama and nothing else. She has to deal alot over the course and eventually make up her mind whether to trust Irshad again or not. The plot is very simple and mainstream according to me.I was annoyed with immature behaviour of both Irshad and Farida at times. I did not enjoy the characters at all, since they needed more depth. I will call this a one time read. I liked Priya's character more than Farida's. Their friendship was more interesting to read than their love triangle.
