This is a great timer! It can hang on the wall, which, for myself, is a great plus. The numbers are big enough to see from a good distance and the ringer is good and loud. This is a fantastic product for those with hard of seeing and hearing, such as myself. The Big Timer is exactly what I was searching for.The only thing I am not pleased with is the lack of tracking the product. When purchasing from a seller outside of Amazon.ca, I would like to still track my purchase. I was not even notified of when my purchase had been shipped. I found out when my husband came home from the post office with my purchase.

I use this in my middle school classroom all the time. It is big enough for students to see if I put it on the front table, but more often I put it under the document camera. It feels kind of cheap, but I have dropped it on the floor a few times now and it's totally fine.Since it is a wind-up, you do have to wind it to around 10 and then go back to a lower time if you are setting it for less than ten minutes if you want it to ring when it reaches zero.I like it because it's large, easy to use, easy for students to read, buzzes loudly enough to be heard during a student activity, and does a short enough ring that it isn't annoying (about 3-4 seconds).

I love, love this timer. I found this many years ago and have gone through a few. I have given them to all my family members. I have it on my fridge and just twist and set. It’s pretty much the only timer use.

I was excited to purchase this timer to replace one that had stopped working. Unfortunately, the current timer has a weaker magnet which is frustrating when trying to wind it up. As well, it occasionally does not work. I hope to find a replacement from a teacher store.

The clocks ticks loudly and doesn't ding on time. Not good for a classroom
