Nice price on this belt, certainly beats weighted vests in price, comfort, and functionality (because you can raise the amount of weight much higher than a vest).

So bad
This is a cheaply made lightweight belt made to fit children. No weightlifter is going to have an easy time trying to get this thing on. Burning your cash for entertainment would be a better use than buying this item.

This one is the best for average weight lifter!!!!
I tried a few of these and this one is the most lightweight I could find so it fits in backpack easy and chain is not huge. You do not need the huge chain and strap, give me break most of us are only gonna put 45lbs or so pull-ups and maybe a bit more for dips. This is perfect for that. I actually trimmed down the belt by undoing stitching of extra support so it looks like just a strap and folds up in my hand!
