CLEANSE Moisturizing Honey Wash

As soon as I saw this face cleanser from Lue I had to have it. Anything with honey and I'm all over it. Literally my shampoo, body wash, and more is made of and scented with honey. This face wash was a lot smaller than I expected it to be. For $20 I thinks it's a bit pricey for the bottle being so small. But other than that I absolutely love it. The texture is lightweight and jelly like, and don't worry it's not sticky at all. It has a strong honey scent that smells delicious. This makes me so happy, I was worried it wouldn't have fragrance. A little of this cleanser goes a long ways, so only a dime sized amount is needed. It lathers well, but doesn't get too sudsy. It feels amazing on my skin, very soothing and calming. It does a great job cleaning my face and taking off my makeup. It leaves my skin feeling smooth, soft, and hydrated. Doesnt dry out my skin or make it feel greasy. Also it's helped get rid of a lot of the redness on my face. I adore this face wash, I just wish the bottle was bigger then it would be perfect. My combo skin loves it!! I would definitely recommend!!

“LUE by Jean Seo - CLEANSE Moisturizing Honey Wash” looks like honey as it flows from the tube. The honey fragrance is unmistakeable. Out of curiosity, I did touch my tongue to the wash to determine whether it tasted like honey as well. It did not!As a cleansing wash, this product is very good. It left my skin feeling soft and smooth; it did not leave it feeling taut or irritated. It did not foam up when I rubbed my hands together to apply it.

I cannot pinpoint the exact fragrance if it can be called that, but it has a strong rubber-like smell that I find extremely unpleasant. Even a few minutes of using it to wash my face becomes unbearable. The scent is so off-putting that I couldn't bring myself to finish the small tube. I will upload a photo once my review is posted

2 ounce tube of honey face wash is made in the USA with very few ingredients. According to the instructions, mixing a very tiny amount of the cleanser with water and applying it to a wet face will gently cleanse the face. This cleanser does not foam nor does it work up a lather.The ingredients are: 40% organic raw unheated honey, distilled water, cocamidopropyl Betaine, and xanthan gum.I found that the cleanser is not formulated to remove makeup. I followed the instructions and massaged it onto my wet face and it did not remove my eye makeup which is not the waterproof kind. It is just too gentle. It did feel good on my skin though.The next time I used it I first removed all my makeup with micellular water and then washed with the Lue honey wash. That worked much better and left my skin feeling clean but not dry or taut, but was double the work. This product might be best for those who don't wear eye makeup or those who don't mind adding an extra step to their nightly face washing.The tan with brown speckles tube is a biodegradable straw tube which feels just like a typical plastic tube. That is a real plus.

Love the more natural ingredients of this body wash. Love even more that they care about our little bee friends.Has a luxurious fragrance and feel. Honey is a natural humectant so it leaves skin silky soft.

Yup, this smells, looks, and feels just like honey. I’m cracking up that someone tasted it. I didn’t go that far, but this did have me wanting peanut butter and honey toast after my shower! It didn’t do a great job at removing all of my makeup, but it does leave my skin feeling soft and refreshed. The bottle is on the small side, but a little goes a long way! I think I’ll be using this paired with a cleansing sponge next time I use it to help remove my makeup. Overall, I really like this and would order again.

This is a facial cleanser. It is slightly gelled although very runny in our hot bathroom. It does a very nice job on my dry skin. It does lather with water. The honey scent is very strong at first, almost like it is fermented. It dissipates quickly. As long as the honey scent doesn’t bother you it is an effective face wash.

This cleanser is primarily made from honey. As such it looks like honey and smells like honey, but thankfully it isn't sticky and it lathers up nicely on my face. It cleans fairly well and does not dry out my skin. Personally, I can't get past feeling that I am cleaning my face with food. If you love honey, give this cleanser more stars, for me it was meh.All in all... great for honey fans.
