Very frustrating and difficult to assemble. The instructions aren't very clear, so you have to figure it out yourself. Once you do, it just OK. There are 4 plastic pieces that are pre-inserted into the frame you assemble. It doesn't say anything on instructions regarding these. I'm sure they are for reinforcement to the structure. That being said, it was VERY difficult to insert these parts together...I had to use OIL to get it done! Also, the screws that go into the shelves, are difficult if not nearly impossible to adjust the tightness. I think I will keep it for now, until I find a much better quality that I appreciate.

Styrofoam. It literally get everywhere in the package. So yea buy this if you want poor packaging and to spend more time getting little bits of styrofoam out of the inside of the metal frame, in the tiny screw holes, all over the pieces and having it stick to your hands and clothes.Other than that it seems solid, looks good, and should only take 20-30min to build. But about 2 hours of getting rid of the styrofoam.

The media could not be loaded.  Ordered this to create a grow station for my plants. Set up was quick and easy. The unit is sturdy and looks good. I added strip grow lights and voila! I recommend this shelf unit..quality at a great price point too! I love it!

You can see from my pictures that the legs do not fit into the frame. There’s a piece of plastic that is connected to the legs that’s supposed to slide into the top piece, but it doesn’t fit. You can see from my one picture that it even scraped some of the plastic off because it just would not fit. Don’t waste your money on this item. It’s impossible to put together!!! It also had rust on one of the metal frame pieces.I originally had this rated as one star because I simply could not put the product together. However, I changed it to three because the company is very friendly and easy to work with and reimbursed me for the product.

This shelf is wonderful. It’s easy to put together it comes with instructions and all parts and Allen key included I wish I bought 2 vs 1. It holds well not shaky or wobbly at all and the color is very rich and isn’t cheap looking at all. Very worth the buy and made the living room look upscale.

The assembly instructions were a joke, not descriptive whatsoever. For an easy assembly it took us over an hour. I would not buy this shelf again due to the frustration and difficulty I had to deal with.

Extremely difficult to assemble. Had to lubricate the bars to attach them. And on the third shelf from the bottom, the holes drilled into the wood don’t even like up with the screw holes in the metal structure. In the picture, you can see where the drilled hole SHOULD be in relation to the screws. I would never buy this again. Honestly, I feel like I should get a new one since this is faulty.
