Bien pero si está muy básico
Si te ayuda sobre todo a hacer correctamente las abdominales, pero del resto de ejercicios posibles, la mitad no son nada cómodos de hacer sobre todo de pierna, se desacomoda constantemente. No trae instructivo o sugerencia de ejercicios con las ligas.

Good for 9 months
The product is good while it lasts. I have been using it about 20 min each day, following the instructions provided.Too bad that after 9 months one of its springs got broken. I couldn’t find any information about warranty, so this goes to garbage.

great product it reminds me of the AB Rocket which i use to have but this one is much more convenient since you can storage it literally anywhere and also helps you a lot to maintain the six pack or even get it

The Spring Inside Completely snapped off
I loved this product until the spring snapped off inside. I'm by no means a big person (125lb woman) and was using the product correctly. I feel that I should be supplied with a new item......this was a good chunk of change for it to be garbage already.

Works so far so good.
Glad with the purchase, still working well. Hope the springs doesnt break in the extensive usage over the months.
