Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Oh my goodness, I did not realise how unfit I was. I hadn't been to the gym for months, and I have just gotten a little too lazy about exercise. I decided it was time that I tried to do some home workouts, maybe the fact that soon it will be the end of lockdown and the weather will be better, I don't want to show off flabby arms! So, I set about doing reps of my arms, thighs, shoulders etc. The trimmer is already helping, it has only been a few days, but ooh my muscles are feeling it! It really feels like it could be helping. The foam on the trimmer makes it non slip to hold, and it doesn't dig in anywhere while I am doing my exercise. I haven't tried many different exercise positions yet, there's a little leaflet that demonstrates the different things you can do and it more or less covers the main muscle groups.

I was looking forward to receiving this item. I think it is value for money, it wasn’t expensive and it’s still in one piece. Im just not sure if I’ve quite got the hang of it yet, or if it indeed it slips that easily. I will keep practising and see how I get on.

This item is ok for your arms but the resistance is so strong it is painfull trying to push with your legs to exercise thighs and akward to use.

This thigh master equipment is just what I needed to tone my thigh muscles. It is also incredibly good value for the price. Love the size as it is very portable. Love the sturdiness. I was pleasantly surprised as it is very good quality.

I had one of these a few years ago, it is brilliant for exercising.

Great little device does the job

Cool little exercise item they are a few different ways you can do it. resistance isnt to bad could be stronger but still works and does the job. Ps warming be careful when opening comes wrapped in plastic so once cut it burts open really fast.
