MantaMan is the most confused Street Shark. He is the ManBearPig, or rather MantaSharkMan, in this cartoon universe. Or he's just a shark that drank a Red Bull. Regardless, MantaMan's unique parentage gives him the ability to fly, presumably through the air and water which makes this an invaluable addition to any Street Shark battle.
