Can write much about this item because my arms hurt after using it 😁.... It's very good and finding muscles I never knew I had..Only down side is I would of loved a sheet showing how do use it but found a YouTube tutorial....

Easily portable

30kg is far too heavy for a beginner like me-
Just what I needed to strengthen my arms hands and wrists but 30kg is far to hard for a beginner lke me to use. Bought a 20kg which was much easier for me to use

I ordered the 30KG. This will be a bit less challenging for average strengthed person. But if you haven't worked out for years like me, it's best to start here and build onwards. Will be ordering 40KG soon. No issues with product, good quality as described.
