Not fit for Keto
For me this is as fit for keto as white sugar is. Either they are lying under nutritional information or there is something else which kicks blood sugar up.After 8 days of being in keto got a blood sugar reading of 152 (stays around 95-100 during keto) that too 12 hours after eating this rice. Urine analysis strip confirmed I was out of keto. Had 65 grams of rice. Counted carbs in my vegetable too. I was under 25gm NC for that day. So only thing possible is that this product has more carbs than what is mentioned on this box.Tried this rice on 3 different occasions to be sure. Kicked me out every time. Gave it one star because can’t rate it lower.But yes, this tastes really nice.
