Received the item in a packaged box and it has all the contents needed such as the LED lights, instructions, AC power plug, and remote for the strip.The initial shipment, there was a defect where the last 18 feet was showing a different color from the rest. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a replacement to see if this new one is better. It works after installation on my ceiling!Don't forget, the copper part of the strip can be cut in half if you need to shorten the strip. (I would say buy those LED connectors just in case!)The app is a little wonky, but managed to make it work. Just scan the QR code on the AC adapter to get the app if you don't want to use the remote to control your light features. The app has a good amount of customizations such as Scene Setting, Microphone Sync, Music Mode, Coloring, and one of my favorites, Timer. Heads up on the timer feature, the time for turning it on/off is estimated time. It may have a delay to turn it on or off automatically. Give it some time for it to do it by itself. It does work, trust me.Speaking of the remote, I would suggest being within 5 feet from the receiver so it picks up. The remote responds very well to the LED strip. Also, the battery is included for the remote. It's a button battery (a common one to find if you need a replacement.)Customer service was pretty quick to respond back. Within about 24 hours at most. They were straight to the point and helpful. Don't be afraid to ask them for help!Added some photos to give an idea what they look like.

These are easy to use, adhesive is good, the colors are pretty and bright enough. Great addition to any room. Work great and worth the money.

I ordered this for my daughter and she loved it. However the lights are very sensitive. So be careful with placing them on the lower wall as her bottom lights stopped working.

They are really easy to install, I didn’t even get to use that 30 feet. The lighting is great, the Quality is good as well. And for the stability they stick really well. But the app is whole another story bcuz it doesn’t work what so ever it doesn’t even connect to the lights and my Roku remote interferes with the lights so I basically changes its color. But I don’t think I would ever use the app anyway but they are pretty in my room and the size is really good.

uck by lightning and got discolored. Also, a word of warning. If you have any paint other than a flat or matte it will leave a glue residue on the wall. I had a semi-gloss in my room and I had a plumbing leak from upstairs and decided to repaint my ceiling, but had to take them down to cut in, but when I peeled them down it left a lot of goo on the wall. I am in the process of goo gone, patching the peeled paint with spackle, and sanding right now before I touch-up. Luckily I had some original paint left over. I don't think I will ever stick another strip on a non flat paint wall again even if they say it does not leave glue on the wall. Don't fall for it. he stronger the adhesive the more likelihood of paint damage from occurring even if you use a heat gun which I should have done.

The media could not be loaded. Ran these around my apartment’s living room and kitchen that spanned about ~100’. The 130’ comes in 2 65’ rolls, so if you get that one make sure you buy 4 pin connectors also because they’re not included for some reason.The adhesive is incredibly sticky, not sure why some of the reviews are complaining about that. Sounds like they just have dirty walls.The only gripe I have is by the time they reached all the way back around, the color seems to be a little off. It’s mainly only noticeable with the white color as the ending looks a little faint yellow. Pretty much every other color looks fine, but I’m guessing it’s because of the extensive length.Also the 4 pin connectors I bought had the positive and negative polarities on the same ends of the connector, so I had to flip one end of the second strip on top of the connector’s prongs to get it to work, and then gradually twist it back around so the light color wouldn’t be affected. However it hid 2 or 3 leds in the process so just something to keep in mind. But that’s poor design quality of the connectors, not the led strips.

These have been up less than a week and not only did I have to tear off my first attempt after one of the corners shorted over half of the lights but now they are not sticking! I am constantly pressing them back on the wall. I cleaned the wall before sticking so I know that’s not the problem. The remote also is difficult. Even when we are directing the remote directly at the sensor we have to click the button several times to get it to do what we want it too. I’m so bummed because I can’t return these now and as much as I like having lights around our big window I don’t feel like possibly wasting money to try another brand. Cash in the trash!

I renovated a house and used these everywhere, they're so cool, color options are great, remote works but you need to leave the sensor sticking out - not the end of the world. Depending on the situation your using them in - you may be left with a lot extra, unfortunately there's nothing you can do with them. I tried looking into just buying additional transformers, but they cost more than just buying another complete set, So close your eyes and just throw out the extra. i was paying $75.00 just for the transformer from my local lighting store plus the led strips. the price on these are just fantastic.

Minus the fact it got delivered to the wrong house, I'm very please with my lights!

They are amazing! Fun and my daughters room looks so cool for a young teen. Great price. Remember though once you stick them....they are stuck and if you plan on removing be prepared to have to touch up and repaint the drywall if installed on? It has 3m tape and it sticks! LOLAll the same they are worth the price and real cool with all the light patterns and will flash at the beat of the music she has playing!
