I started disassembly of a motorcycle and the engine when I got these. Only torn one glove using mechanic tools, wrenches, sockets, prybar, hammer, etc... wish they went higher on the wrist. Love that i can type and do other tasks on iPad and iPhone. Have also used with various chemicals and wood oil with no leaks. Took half a star off for both oversize and shortness at wrist. Would recommend.

I've abused these gloves around the house working on projects and they haven't torn. I purchased a size medium and thought they were going to tear getting them on, but I was wrong. These things hold up.

These thicker gloves are a bit more expensive than the others, but I find they're totally worth it. And, unexpectedly, I'm able to use the touchscreen of my phone/tablet while wearing these. Recommended.

Fine for light work. Thin and break easily when working on rough material. Glad I got a crate of them.
