I bought this hoping to lose a little weight from the mid section. Of course, I was skeptical at first. Upon pulling the item out of the large bigger than imagined box, I immediately felt it looked bigger and bulkier than advertised. It fits and adjusts to waist size perfectly, especially important for a big booty Latina as myself. I don’t have much room in my bedroom so I had to stand on my bed and position myself for balance by putting my hands on the ceiling. It only takes a few exaggerated hip trusts to get the sand bag moving, but once the momentum gets going you’ll be swinging you hips like a pro. I have a large mirror next to my bed and I absolutely thought for a minute that Shakira had joined me for my exercise session. If you want to feel like a low key exotic dancer and have an ass like Kim Kardashian, this is the tool. Definitely would buy this again and recommend it to my friends. I’m waiting for the suggestion in “people who bought this also bought” a stripper pole as I am seriously considering the combination of exercise tools and weight loss potential.

I have used the exercise hoop twice and it has been fun. The jump rope had the ball snap off within the first day, so that was pretty much a bummer. Now, less than a month later, 2 segments of the hoop are also broken.

Easy to add peace’s and subtract. Definitely need to know how to hola hoop so you can get the weight moving.

I'm using this product for weight loss around mid section. It was a good choice. I like that it's easy to use and adjust the size as you shed the weight. It nothing i don't like about it thanks and I will tell my friends also
