Before this product, I had used a HEPA filter from Honeywell. The description of that product said I never had to replace the HEPA filter. That sounded amazing; HEPA filters are expensive, and if this product had such an amazing filtration feature then it would be worth the expense. Sadly, this was marketing BS. As reference to this current product... I could cook a steak at the right temp, create plumes of smoke, and even with the filtration system on full blast, my alarms would blaze, the fire department would show up... man, I just wanted a properly cooked steak... The Honeywell product under delivered, and didn't filter what it claimed to.So, I had seen these on sale a number of times. I'm usually hesitant if a product is discounted a lot or consistently, its not a good product. But... there can be exceptions.This product has revolutionized cooking in my small apartment! I just cooked a steak at 600F, producing plumes of smoke for several minutes, flipped for another 3, and thrown into a 550F oven for 2 more minutes before resting. My kitchen and living room were filled with visible smoke. The air purifier, instead of reading the actual PPM, just said H. Well, that's a no brainer, it was definitely high! But, despite the volumes of smoke, the purifier just near my smoke detector never even triggered. This has been a consistent experience with this product. I won't even consider another product as a replacement at this point if this one dies today. Amazing.I do worry this thing is so good... an actual fire alarm might not trigger when needed... but u know, I'm taking that risk with this thing, its exactly as its described.

We have been doing some remodeling projects in my home and so the air quality deteriorated quickly because of the dust/debris that are just all over the home. Our basement too started to smell funny and so we knew we had to get an air purifier to improve the air quality so decided to look for one and came across this item and decided to give it a go.We have been using it for almost 2 weeks now and I could say that it's been helpful. We have it set to the Auto Mode and so depending on the air quality detected at the time, it'd automatically adjust the fan speed. It also has a filter replacement/quality indicator and so if it's time for the filter to be replaced, it would also notify you/indicate that. Another control/button that it has is for the run-time. You could set it so that it'd run only for 1, 2, 4, or 8 hours but I usually just leave it on and it'd just run constantly on the Auto-speed mode.It does what it's designed to do and so far it's been working well so I think I'd call this a good buy.

I like this product, firstly it is pure black, well designed, and good looking. It is easy to assemble, just remove the cover if the filter and put the filter in. It has multiple options for you to choose, auto, sleep mode, child lock. You can set up timer and speed. I put it in my master bedroom and turn it on every night. I will let it work in auto mode for a couple of hours and switch to sleep mode when I ready for bed. Once you turn it on, the screen will show the value of the air quality. Typically the value ranges from 15-35 when it’s on, and drops to 7-9 and keeps this level the whole night. I actually don’t know what the exact meaning of the numbers and how the air is purified, I assume the lower the number, the higher quality the air has. Auto mode makes more noise than sleep mode, that’s why I switch it when sleeping, I barely hear any of the noise, but it’s fine for me. So, I like the product and think it worths the price.

Good item but once bought it's been impossible to find a replacement filter

I was on the hunt again for another air purifier that had a big selection of features for not too crazy of a price. I stumbled upon this one and thought I’d give it a go. Well that paid off for sure, it does an extraordinary job purifying the air. I usually set it to auto and have it on for about 8 hours everyday and then again when I’m sleeping. The sensor automatically picks up anything in the air and increases the fan speed. Whenever I vacuum it detects it and boosts up the fan to max. Any type of smell or smoke is instantly eliminated when I turn it on. The design is nice and sleek and goes unnoticed which is perfect. The noise level even on high is very low while the air power is very strong. I really do appreciate the automatic timer, it’s very convenient so that you don’t forget it on all day. Also the filter indicator does a great job. Overall, this is one of the best air purifiers I’ve ever had!
