I am beyond impressed with this product!!!!! Super easy to use as well as clean, and everything comes out perfect!!! All you have to do is add what you need and press a button and the machine does the rest. I regret not getting this sooner.

I don't know if it is because the instructions aren't clear but we tried it several times. When it seemed to be working it would stop. The mode lights start running after a few minutes. What a hassle. Now I have to call the company and

When we received the unit, it came without the filter bags. Customer service was pretty good and a set was delivered several weeks later. After several uses I posted a poor review for a problems with the clean function. Shortly after that Giveneu contacted me thru the Amazon site trying to trouble shoot the problem, and also to inform me another was being shipped to me. So customer service gets 5 stars. The unit does a good job of heating and blending herb and butter to create the infused product, and the filter bags remove most of the solids. All functions seem to work on the second unit (after a single use), however after running the clean function, it still needs to be hand washed. In fact it seems the clean function could just eliminated for what good it does. Its not a big deal to hand wash,, but I was hopeful that the clean setting would actually do most of the work.. Overall it seems to be a pretty good product and does a decent job of infusing butter with a set it and forget it process.

Everything is pretty straightforward here my only concern is the quality of this here product after using the Giveneu butter maker once it began to cut off completely while trying to run a cycle on it....seeing it was my first time using this machine I figured this was normal but when I went to use it the second go around it instantly did the same exact thing powering off completely while attempting to run a cycle.

This is a game changer if you like to make infused butter or oil. We have made about 15 batches so far, and I don't know how I lived without it. It is very sturdy, and I cannot recommend it highly enough!

First, the instructions did not match the actual unit controls: next, the unit did not start the first time and kept on beeping even though I had the proper levels of liquids, then succumbed to persistence. I finally threw it away after three uses as it was only beeping and would not even go into the cleaning mode. Amazon does not help and the manufacturer IGNORES YOU!! No responses to emails or voicemails over a period of two weeks. Never again.

Works great really enjoy it blender is loud doe but u can simply keep it in another room

I gifted this to a friend for her birthday and she got a complaint from the neighbor they called the manager because the machine was too loud she had to lie and say that it was required medical equipment not cool
