Straight out of the box, more to come.
Been in the security systems integration industry for 28 years. Directly out of the box, the first noticeable feature is the fact that the battery must be removed for charging. The charger plugs into the battery, not the device. Be sure to have an extra battery at the ready for quick change because you cannot use the device and charge the battery at the same time as you would in a lab situation. There is no on-board battery level indicator on the battery, so the only way to gauge the charging progress is to observe the red/green indicator on the charging adapter.5 stars is not impossible to achieve being brand new. I will comment further as I put it to use. I enjoy giving positive comments, and if it performs as advertised, then it will save me a lot of time and gain that extra star.
