No problem bolting on to a stock GX200 engine
I have a Honda GX200 engine and needed an air filter for it. Ordered this to try and wasn't disappointed. It it like a glove. When we were working on my engine, we accidently stepped on the filter when it was off and I didn't want to get a Honda brand filter. This one worked great and looks exactly the same. As far as the plastic material it is made of, it feels just like the original one that was on the engine.

different from original, but it will work
The top cover on mine was missing when I bought the bike, but I wanted something to keep water off of my air cleaner if I rode the mini bike through puddles or rain. I could have replaced the entire housing, but then I wasn't sure how hard it would be to find the proprietary filter that came with this one. So I modified the top cover to fit my old filter housing and it's close enough to the same size that it will function just fine for me.
