It works almost instantly! I took a paper towel piece and placed it between my teeth and gum then let it dry for a few seconds (I even wiped the teeth and gums with the paper towel which is most effective) then applied the product within a few seconds I could feel the difference. I like to apply at least 2 coats. It will last a couple months It’s an amazing product. The same as they use in the dentist office

I think I have tried every product on the market for sensitive teeth. This one took 3 applications before it did anything but then it worked great for about 4 days. That seems to be my pattern with this product, It is very easy to apply and it does work but doesn't seem to last very long. I still use it because it does work! From what I read in other comments everyone seems to get similar results. At this price it is worth a try!
