Completely useless product
Did not work for even 7 days. Wasted 350 bucks on a piece of useless plastic scrap. Eventually bought a Hisense Nano care. Much more expensive but does the job perfectly. You just can't complain about the hisense steamer. It's been a year now that I am using it

Never buy...
Worst for nose steam as steam amount is very less and coming closser to machine for extra steam can burn you. Better to go for conventional home utensils to take steam instead of this worst product. Even for facial steam, you can't feel the steam.
