Good value refills however a couple of them didn't work at first and when I got them going they were not consistent.

I've been searching for so long for ballpoint pen refills in this size and was so happy I found this listing. I ended up disappointed because it's not what the product title says you're getting. Instead you'll get ROLLERBALL refills. I'm not impressed and quite annoyed if I'm honest. However the rollerball refills seem to be of good quality. Still, it's not what I thought I was purchasing and now I'm stuck with 7 pen refills.

Excellent value pens which write well. However the only available refills are from the seller and are 0.5mm. This means there is no option to try other refills and widths. I have tried five makes of refill but none fit. Can't think why they didn't make it universal for refills. For this reason I couldn't give them as a present as the recipient wouldn't be able to change the refill to suit their writing preference. Shame.
