Reasonably good
We had used this powder for 2,3 purposes. firstly to add to dishes or upma etc., second for a drink. I feel the strength is a bit low as we had to 3 spoons or more every time but happy that it does it's job and taste wise you can not differentiate especially on dishes. so that is fine.

Not a replacement for lemon juice
I bought this product assuming, it could be used for making lemon juice. ie assuming this is dried/crystallized lemon juice. however, that isn't the case. This is powdered whole dried lemon. so tastes nothing like lemon juice. looks and tastes more like white flour with some lemon in it. Don't buy without knowing this.

Tastes like Nimboos
Tastes like Nimboos drink and more like lemon peel although you get used to it knowing the fact that the Lemon juice in pulp is not possible to preserve for a longer period. So far I guess this is the best powder alternative you can get for a fresh real lemon.

Doesn’t mix
It’s very lumpy and doesn’t mix well. Sticks to the stirrer and ind becomes gooey. Don’t like it
