Great flavor and texture!
I just simply love this shake! I add frozen fruit (yes, I know it adds carbs) and my super green powders to it! Wish it wasn’t quite as pricey and wish the packaging was larger. Getting ready to subscribe for autoshio if available...yes, that is how much I love it!

Best sugar free protein powder out there!
My weight loss nutritionist had told me about this product due to the fact that I can't stand grainy protein powder. This is amazing! No grainy taste, tastes great! I love it!!

The flavor isn't bad. at all
The flavor isn't bad. at all, but I add either vanilla, cherry or strawberry extract, and a bit of sweetener with almond milk, which is chilled until it is starting to freeze, then whip it up in my Ninja blender. I also use it with almond milk and frozen blueberries or strawberries with a bit of sweetener. Either way is extremely low carb, sugar free and full of protein. I have found that I have more energy then I used to.
