Doesn’t work as well as hoped
The bricks don’t fit very tightly and are slippery so when you go to push one out, a bunch of them go.

This is a cute game for kids who like a challenge, and don’t frustrate easily!
I really thought my tweens would LOVE this game because they have loved Jenga a lot in the past, but continued to lose pieces. I must have rebought that game 5 or 6 times, no joke!I guess they are now in the in between stage of little kids vs. big girls, and so it didn’t prove AS exciting as I had hoped and thought, although, we did have a couple of fun times with it. Losing pieces for them still remains an issue. I don’t know how they do it.I planned on using this in a You Tube video. It’s a cute concept, and I personally find it more interesting then Jenga, which I never really loved, but it didn’t hold interest or become a game ‘staple’ if you will, as I had expected. Maybe if they were younger perhaps? I don’t know, as I did find it pretty challenging. It’s hard to compete with video games and cell phones. If yours are still not into that yet, I think they’ll truly enjoy this game, for us here though, I must give this an average rating of 3 stars.I do also think that $25 is a bit steep (if that is still the price. It may have actually been a couple dollars more, but around there) could be lowered to $20, maybe $17.99. That would be awesome! I don’t like spending too much on board games/ family games that can easily be hit or miss, so that plays into my review, as well.A very cute, nicely made game though. The quality is very good. If your child doesn’t get frustrated easily, this will make the purchase even more worthwhile, as it’s not as easy as you may think, but I think challenging children is a good thing. Mine do tend to get frustrated and on to the next thing. The fact that it was played more than once is actually a positive sign here, they just don’t keep at it.3 stars based on my family/kids, but it could easily be a 4 or 5 star product to another family. That’s what makes this product a hard one to review. It depends on the kids, really.

Mismatch
First of all, the 4 blocks at the bottom cannot be placed at the bottom perfectly. If 4 blocks are forced to be placed, the gray pillar next to it will fall backwards. If you force it to have 4 blocks on each floor, As a result, each layer above cannot be well connected, and it becomes unbalanced and unstable. Take out the target building block. If the gray column is flat, the only way is to place only 3 building blocks at the bottom. Even so, go to Each layer on the top is also unbalanced and easy to fall, which will reduce the fun of the game

Made to last
My students may not have appreciated the fine quality of this wood block game, however, I certainly did. This Classic Pick a Brick Wall game is both fun to play and educational. Just setting up the pieces encourages eye-hand coordination, visual spatial skills and the self-regulatory skill of delaying gratification. While it is not difficult to lay the bricks correctly, it does require focus and attention to detail. An adorable chicken is placed on top of the wall, and the idea is not to knock it off. I love the fact that the wall is vertically positioned, which places young fingers in the optimal position for developing fine motor dexterity. This was such a hit in our occupational therapy room, as my preschoolers, kindergartners and first graders asked to play over and over. There are obviously similar type games available for less money. This one is made to last.

So Much Fun!!
This is so much fun. I played with my 4 yr old and we had so much fun my 11 yr old came to see and also started playing. It is so simple and very similar to jenga, with the added challenge of not knocking off the chicken. The wall rebuilds fast so you can play over quickly. The wooden pieces feel very quality made. If I could give more stars, I would. Great family game!!
