I was a L'Oréal girl until L'Oréal stopped making permanent hair colour. They call it permanent, but it washes out. It didn't used to do that. Black never washed out - ever. They also stopped putting expiration dates in the boxes. I started using this. It washes out, but it takes a lot longer, so my colour stays fresher longer. If you're like me and don't trust no one with your hairs this is the best brand to do your own. I've been using it a few years now. Nice colour and better staying power. It's not harsh on the scalp or hair.

Doesn’t damage your hair which is a plus I just started getting strands of gray and this brands covers them up the black dye is really pretty

I've had good results covering grays with Schwarzkopf. Reasonable price. I did experience a lot of hair loss recently but I think it's due to a health condition, not the dye, which I've used for about a year.

100 % coverage is 100% true.The struggle was real… for some odd reason I could not get my hair to get full coverage when I dyed it black. It was like I kept wasting product.This was worth every penny.

I love this. I have a hard time with hair dyes covering my white hair but this did the job and my hair is super stubborn

I really wanted to love this, but it just didn't do it for me. I previously bleached the underside of my hair and was over it, so I used this to dye my whole head. Not even four months later, people say my hair looks dark brown. Definitely not the rich black I hoping for. Some of the bleached pieces even look light brown.

Using this for years. Everyone thinks it's natural. My stylist thought it was real. Lots of shine and doesn't dry hair out. Easy to use.
